Large Waistline May Signal Elevated Dementia Risk in Seniors.

A metanalysis of 21 studies that included a total of over 5 million participants found that a high waist circumference (over 40 inches for men and over 35 inches for women) may increase an older adult’s risk for dementia by up to 13%.
