How to Spot Asthma
Asthma causes the airways to narrow and swell making it difficult to breath. Signs and symptoms of asthma include shortness of breath; chest tightness or pain; wheezing when exhaling; trouble sleeping caused by shortness of breath, coughing, or wheezing; and coughing or wheezing attacks that are worsened by a respiratory infection.
