Exercise Improves Non-Motor Symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease.

Current research suggests that exercise
can improve disease severity, memory, executive function, and cognitive function in patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD). Lead investigator Dr. Tim Stuckenschneider writes, “The potential of exercise to improve motor and non-motor symptoms is promising and may help to decelerate disease progression in individuals affected by PD.”
